We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Architect Manager to join our client, a leading logistics and supply chain company based in the West Region of Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to lead the architectural vision for both IT and Operational Technology (OT) domains, directly impacting the efficiency and innovation of supply chain operations.
In this strategic leadership role, you will manage a team of solution architects and technical specialists, guiding them in the design and deployment of robust, secure, and scalable cloud-native applications. You will drive the adoption of automation technologies, including RPA and AI-powered tools, to streamline processes and reduce operational costs. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating OT systems such as SCADA with cloud platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time visibility across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities include developing architectural standards, evaluating vendor solutions, and championing best practices in DevOps and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical blueprints and oversee the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strong technical acumen in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), enterprise architecture, and a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
This role offers a competitive compensation package with a basic salary up to $9,400 per month, AWS, variable bonus, and continuous learning opportunities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of solutions architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define and drive the overall IT/OT architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP) to support supply chain and logistics operations.
- Integrate operational technology (OT) systems with IT platforms to enable real-time data analytics and automation.
- Conduct architectural reviews, risk assessments, and create technical roadmaps for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application development to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies and vendors, making recommendations to enhance system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and documentation practices for solution architecture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in both IT and Operational Technology (OT) domains, including SCADA, PLC, or industrial control systems.
- Strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and automation tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
- Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, including warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
