Avensys Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Consent Solutions Architect to drive enterprise-wide consent management and privacy transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement robust architectural solutions that ensure compliance with global privacy regulations while supporting seamless B2B and B2C customer journeys. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to define the roadmap for consent management platforms (CMPs) and privacy-enhancing technologies.

Your expertise will be crucial in mapping customer data flows, ensuring data sovereignty, and orchestrating consent workflows across diverse marketing ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate consent mechanisms into existing CRM, CDP, and marketing automation stacks, ensuring a unified and compliant customer experience.

  • Design and architect enterprise-grade solutions for consent management and privacy transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the technical strategy for implementing global B2B and B2C consent workflows.
  • Collaborate with product managers and legal teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy laws.
  • Map and optimize data flows between marketing stacks (CRM, CDP, MarTech) and consent platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams during implementation phases.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments for privacy-sensitive data handling.
  • Define integration standards and APIs for seamless third-party consent collection.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Privacy.
  • Deep understanding of consent management platforms (CMP), privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and data protection principles.
  • Expertise in integrating MarTech stacks, including Salesforce, Adobe, or HubSpot, with privacy tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex privacy concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from concept to deployment.
  • Knowledge of data sovereignty and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
