Lexmark International is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect - Microsoft 365 to join our dynamic IT team in Cebu. In this high-impact role, you will be the strategic lead responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of our M365 ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and secure, scalable cloud solutions that empower our global workforce.
As our M365 Architect, you will champion modernization, ensuring that our collaboration, security, and compliance frameworks remain at the forefront of industry standards. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation, optimize tenant architecture, and ensure seamless service delivery across the enterprise.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and roadmap for the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Establish robust governance, security, and compliance frameworks to protect corporate data and meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for M365 migrations, integrations, and ongoing optimization projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into functional technical specifications.
- Design scalable identity management and access control strategies using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Monitor system performance, perform capacity planning, and troubleshoot complex platform issues.
- Mentor junior IT staff and promote best practices in cloud administration and automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level systems architecture with a focus on Microsoft 365.
- Deep understanding of M365 security and compliance tools (Purview, Intune, Defender for Office 365).
- Proven expertise in PowerShell scripting and M365 automation workflows.
- Strong background in identity management, including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
