Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Implement and manage hybrid identity solutions, with a focus on Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Azure AD Connect, and on-premises Active Directory synchronization.
- Assess current infrastructure and recommend architectural improvements to enhance security, scalability, and overall performance.
- Lead the planning and execution of migration strategies for on-premises workloads to the Microsoft 365 cloud environment.
- Develop and enforce security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards to protect corporate data.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide expert guidance to stakeholders, development teams, and clients.
- Troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues to ensure business continuity and optimal user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or IT Consultant specializing in Microsoft technologies.
- Deep technical expertise in the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid identity management, specifically Azure AD Connect, AD FS, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection regulations, and IT governance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
