Trends Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and strategic Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing Managed IT Services (MICTS) division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and governing high-impact MSP service solutions that align strictly with ITIL best practices and our clients' core business goals. You will serve as a technical advisor during the pre-sales phase, ensuring our proposals are robust and compelling, while also supporting the operational execution to guarantee seamless delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and govern comprehensive MSP service solutions, ensuring alignment with ITIL frameworks and strict compliance standards.
- Lead the pre-sales process, including technical discovery, solution architecture design, and proposal development for new business opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to deployment.
- Monitor and optimize existing service delivery models to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all technical documentation and governance policies are up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales Engineer within the Managed Services or IT consulting industry.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) v3/v4 frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in designing hybrid cloud environments and network infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
