Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for supply chain technology? PERSOL is currently seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect specializing in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join our team in Tuas. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and integration of complex WMS solutions that drive efficiency and operational excellence across our logistics infrastructure.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our system architecture is scalable, robust, and aligned with industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex business challenges into seamless digital workflows.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end design and deployment of WMS applications and system integrations.
- Analyze complex logistics business requirements and translate them into high-performance technical specifications.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, IT development teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and integration workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance system reliability.
- Provide expert guidance on system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements for critical logistics applications.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical oversight on integration best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in IT architecture, system design, and complex system integration.
- Deep domain expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain software.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level IT implementations within the logistics or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of API design, middleware solutions, and database management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based logistics platforms and ERP integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
