Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with prospective clients to identify their energy needs and educate them on the benefits of solar power.
- Conduct site assessments and provide professional, data-driven energy savings proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and appointment setting to closing contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and referral growth.
- Stay updated on the latest renewable energy technologies and industry trends to remain a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless installation and project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in consultative sales, retail, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong passion for sustainability and the renewable energy industry.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic technical aptitude.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own transport for client visits.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
