Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to prospective clients
- Develop detailed solution proposals including architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and ROI analyses
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and provide critical feedback for product enhancements
- Act as primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, addressing client concerns and positioning competitive advantages
- Create and maintain technical documentation including solution briefs, whitepapers, and training materials
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine solution offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software architecture and integration
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Certifications in relevant technologies (cloud platforms, enterprise software) preferred
- Experience in IT services or SaaS industry highly desirable
- Proficiency in solution design tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and CRM systems
