Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deploy technical solutions to streamline supply chain and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement automated improvements.
- Manage system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between internal platforms and external stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on operational data to recommend process enhancements.
- Provide technical support and guidance for ongoing projects and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical workflows and system architectures.
- Stay current with industry trends in logistics technology to ensure SWIFT remains at the competitive forefront.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or Systems Analyst role, preferably within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in system integration, APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
