Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement server and storage solutions aligned with customer business requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to conduct pre-sales technical assessments and solution proposals
- Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations
- Provide technical expertise during solution deployment and integration phases
- Develop technical documentation and training materials for customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues post-implementation
- Stay current with emerging server and storage technologies and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or pre-sales technical roles
- Expert knowledge of enterprise server and storage technologies (SAN, NAS, virtualization)
- Strong experience with solution architecture and design methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Industry certifications (e.g., VMware, Cisco, NetApp) preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Experience with RFP/RFI responses and technical proposal development
