In this role, you will act as the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our clients' complex business requirements.
As a Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end evaluation, advisory, and architecture design of integrated systems. You will lead consultative engagements, ensuring that our technical proposals not only meet but exceed customer expectations while driving long-term value. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses the technical depth to translate business pain points into robust, scalable engineering solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and proposal development of integrated technical solutions tailored to client business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive technical evaluations and feasibility studies for prospective projects.
- Act as a primary advisor to clients, articulating the business value and technical benefits of proposed security and engineering architectures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including Scope of Work (SOW), functional specifications, and system diagrams.
- Provide expert-level support during pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical workshops.
- Manage project scoping and resource estimation to ensure alignment with budget and timeline constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solution design, systems integration, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of security infrastructure, hardware-software integration, and smart building technologies.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical business proposals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and technical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio).
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex business problems.
