We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Solutions Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Glenmarie, Selangor on a contract basis.
In this critical revenue-generating role, you will be the primary driver of our pharmacy automation sales in the vibrant Malaysian market. Your core mandate is to aggressively grow our existing account base, hunt for and win net-new business, and consistently achieve ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets. You will act as a trusted advisor, consulting with hospital administrators, pharmacy directors, and healthcare executives to uncover deeply complex operational challenges and present our advanced automated dispensing, packaging, and inventory management systems as the definitive, high-ROI solution.
As a Solutions Sales Executive, you will expertly manage a complex, consultative sales cycle from initial lead generation and qualification through to technical demonstration, proposal writing, and ultimate contract close. You will develop and meticulously execute strategic territory and account plans, build robust C-level relationships, and collaborate seamlessly with our internal pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure flawless customer transitions. Your ability to navigate the intricacies of hospital procurement processes, build strong business cases referencing improved patient safety and reduced operational costs, and confidently articulate our value proposition will directly determine your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan for the Malaysian market to achieve assigned revenue quotas.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within hospitals, retail chains, and healthcare institutions.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to C-suite executives, pharmacy directors, and IT stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including proposal generation, RFP responses, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management reports, and competitive market intelligence to management.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to product and service teams to continuously enhance our market-leading offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of proven direct B2B sales experience in capital equipment, healthcare technology, or automation solutions.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience selling into hospital, pharmacy, or healthcare laboratory environments in Malaysia.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas in a consultative environment.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions and their tangible business value to diverse audiences.
- Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote field environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A clinical or engineering background is a strong plus.
