Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical and sales support to the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet specific customer requirements
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, demonstrations, and product documentation
- Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-sales support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, technical sales, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of packaging, processing, or food industry technologies is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
