Tanggung Jawab
- Sort and categorize returned items by condition, product type, and destination
- Inspect returned goods for damage, defects, and compliance with return policies
- Perform rework tasks including cleaning, minor repairs, and repackaging
- Document all processing activities in inventory management systems
- Maintain accurate records of rework status and product disposition
- Collaborate with quality control team on non-conforming items
- Adhere to safety protocols and operational efficiency standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., WMS)
- Strong attention to detail with quality inspection abilities
- Physical capability to handle packages up to 15kg
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce return policies
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with rotating shifts
