Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate professional sound systems and lighting equipment for diverse events
- Design and implement audiovisual concepts aligned with event themes and client specifications
- Conduct pre-event equipment checks and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and adjust audio levels, lighting cues, and visual effects during live events
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain event flow
- Collaborate with event coordinators and venue staff to execute seamless technical setups
- Manage inventory of equipment and coordinate logistics for event transportation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sound and lighting operations
- Proficiency with industry-standard equipment (mixing consoles, lighting controllers, etc.)
- Strong understanding of audio engineering principles and lighting design techniques
- Certification in audiovisual technology or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety protocols for event equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
