Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in source-to-pay process optimization including procurement, order management, and accounts payable workflows
- Support vendor onboarding, contract management, and performance tracking activities
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for cost control and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment discrepancies
- Participate in process automation projects using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation processes
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of procurement cycles, financial controls, and ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Previous internship experience in procurement or finance is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
