Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the key bridge between GCM, IT, and Supply Chain departments to align process goals with technical execution.
- Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end sourcing business processes to drive operational excellence.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for IT development teams.
- Manage system configuration and enhancements for procurement and sourcing platforms.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training for new system implementations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment on process changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, specifically within a Sourcing or Supply Chain environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and procurement software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean Six Sigma) is a significant advantage.
