Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for production materials to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Manage and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with production departments to forecast material requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Implement supplier evaluation systems and maintain compliance with quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent production disruptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/sourcing within manufacturing sector
- Proven track record in supplier management and negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and cost structures
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is highly desirable
- Knowledge of local and international supply chain regulations
