Octomate is looking for a dedicated Sourcing / Commodity Specialist to drive our sourcing strategies and optimize costs within the semiconductor industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for automation and semiconductor commodities to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to secure optimal value for Octomate.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Streamline supply chain processes to reduce lead times and improve inventory turnover.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chains and commodity management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive cost optimization.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) are a plus.
