Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and supplier sourcing to identify reliable materials and services.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and supplier performance in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Resolve supplier issues and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Prepare reports and analysis on procurement trends to support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
