Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers in alignment with Nolato’s global sourcing strategy.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing for raw materials and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Production, to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Negotiate master service agreements, pricing structures, and lead times with local and international vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Participate in supplier audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising product integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, metal fabrication, or electronics).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as required to visit supplier sites and manufacturing facilities.
