In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal departments such as operations, quality assurance, and logistics to understand their requirements and translate them into effective sourcing plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials to meet business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability criteria.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal value for the company.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and logistics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, supply risks, and emerging technologies to proactively adjust sourcing strategies.
- Prepare and present sourcing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing and logistics industry is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
