Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers across diverse categories to meet business requirements
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational goals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring optimal value and risk mitigation
- Manage supplier relationships through performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze market trends and conduct cost-benefit analysis for sourcing decisions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and industry regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
