In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement strategy, tasked with identifying, vetting, and managing local supplier relationships across Malaysia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new local supplier resources to support manufacturing requirements.
- Execute procurement strategies for hardware, machine materials, packaging, and chemical/plastic products.
- Conduct thorough supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize costs.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure inventory levels align with production schedules.
- Maintain and update the supplier database to ensure data integrity and transparency.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and quality issues promptly to prevent production delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of raw material procurement (hardware, chemicals, plastics, or packaging).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and supplier performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple supplier relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of logistics and import/export processes is highly advantageous.
