Join Greatech's dynamic supply chain team as a Sourcing Executive and drive strategic procurement excellence. In this critical role, you'll spearhead early supplier involvement initiatives to optimize product design while meeting bill of material cost targets through rigorous should cost analysis. You'll collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, develop strategic sourcing plans, and negotiate favorable supplier agreements. Your expertise will ensure we maintain competitive pricing without compromising quality or delivery timelines. - Drive early supplier involvement to optimize product design and cost structure
- Conduct comprehensive should cost analysis for bill of materials to meet cost targets
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery metrics
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure favorable agreements
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives
- Monitor supplier performance and address quality or delivery issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing initiatives with production schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement within manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in should cost modeling and cost analysis
- Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen with supplier relationship management
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of logistics principles and supply chain optimization
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple project deadlines
