Tanggung Jawab
- Negotiate critical commercial terms including payment schedules and Incoterms for international shipments
- Source, vet, and onboard qualified suppliers across manufacturing and logistics sectors
- Analyze market trends to identify cost optimization opportunities and mitigate supply risks
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with production timelines
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or logistics operations
- Proven expertise in negotiating commercial terms and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate supplier proposals and market data
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Certification in CIPS or supply chain management is advantageous
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
