Tanggung Jawab
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors to optimize value
- Manage end-to-end procurement process including RFQ issuance and vendor selection
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for critical materials and services
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or buying roles
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
