As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented Sourcing Executive/Buyer to join our team in Penang. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the end-to-end procurement process. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- Manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery and quality inspection.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability.
- Analyze market trends to recommend strategic sourcing initiatives and cost-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sourcing Executive, Buyer, or Procurement Officer.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and vendor relations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
