Join Plexus as a strategic Sourcing Manager and drive excellence in our global supply chain operations. This pivotal role requires you to identify critical materials for corporate contracts while developing innovative supply chain strategies that optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement processes, negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, and implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or delivery timelines. - Identify and evaluate suppliers for critical materials and component contracts
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve lowest TCO
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers for optimal pricing and terms
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams on material specifications and requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
- Proven track record in TCO optimization and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market trend analysis
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and procurement software
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of international supply chain regulations and compliance
