- Source and identify qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
- Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Track and report on sourcing metrics and recruitment activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
