Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for critical parts and components.
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve competitive cost structures.
- Conduct thorough market research and cost analysis to identify sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align procurement with technical requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain engineering.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
