Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing projects across the APAC region to support manufacturing growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers while maintaining robust performance management systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to align sourcing strategies with product lifecycles.
- Analyze supply market trends to mitigate risks and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with global quality standards and procurement policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide regular reporting on project milestones, budget tracking, and KPI performance to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex cross-border projects in the APAC region.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of cost modeling, risk assessment, and supply chain logistics.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CPSM) is considered a significant advantage.
