Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and pricing agreements
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and ethical standards
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand sourcing requirements
- Analyze supplier performance and implement improvement strategies
- Manage inventory levels and optimize procurement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
