- Lead sourcing initiatives for spare parts and components to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for spare parts to maximize revenue
- Ensure cost efficiency in procurement processes while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and customer support teams for seamless operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key clients
- Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and market analysis
- Resolve any issues related to spare parts availability or delivery timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sourcing and spare parts sales within manufacturing or food processing industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software
- Knowledge of food processing machinery and spare parts is highly advantageous
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
