Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Utilize diverse channels including social media, job boards, professional networks, and database mining.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain an accurate and organized candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel, ensuring high conversion rates and timely follow-ups.
- Provide insightful market mapping and recruitment reporting to support talent acquisition goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage passive candidates.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using ATS/HRIS platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
