As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our procurement strategy, responsible for building robust supplier networks, negotiating favorable contracts, and ensuring the seamless flow of high-quality materials needed for production. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods to meet production needs and cost targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong partnerships with existing vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to achieve optimal value and minimize risk.
- Monitor global market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain disruptions to proactively mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to align sourcing activities with product development and manufacturing schedules.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews, audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQ/RFP, purchase order creation, and invoice resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and sourcing databases within the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally within the cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and cost reduction achievements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of raw materials, packaging specifications, and regulatory requirements in cosmetic manufacturing is a distinct advantage.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
