Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers for electronic components and materials
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with manufacturing requirements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging suppliers and cost optimization opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships through performance tracking, negotiations, and contract renewals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to qualify new materials and ensure supply chain resilience
- Analyze total cost of ownership and implement cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with TI's quality standards and ethical sourcing policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/sourcing within manufacturing or electronics industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and supplier performance metrics
- Proficiency in ERP systems and sourcing software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and cross-functional communication skills
- CIPS or CSCP certification is advantageous
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and global supply chain dynamics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
