- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business growth objectives
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance monitoring to ensure contractual adherence

- Prepare comprehensive sourcing reports and cost-benefit analyses for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Proven track record in negotiating supplier contracts and achieving cost savings targets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and industry trends
