Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers for raw materials and components
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with production timelines
- Negotiate favorable contracts and pricing while maintaining supplier relationships
- Conduct market research to identify emerging suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure procurement compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and logistics
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing or energy sector
- Strong negotiation skills with proven contract management experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and sourcing software
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics practices
- Certification in CIPS or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication skills
