Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and source new suppliers within the semiconductor and industrial ecosystem to ensure a robust supply base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers through regular reviews and performance assessments.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align sourcing strategies with operational requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations within the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of driving value.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
