Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations and ensure seamless daily workflow
- Oversee food preparation and cooking to maintain consistent quality and presentation standards
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to achieve peak performance
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredient procurement
- Develop and contribute to menu innovations and seasonal dish creations
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Control food costs and minimize waste through efficient portioning and inventory management
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized kitchen environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
- Must possess valid Singapore food hygiene certification
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a passion for culinary excellence
