In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with our Executive Chef to develop innovative menus, manage inventory, and maintain strict food safety standards. You'll lead a team of kitchen staff, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.   • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, development, and implementation

Kualifikasi

  • Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Sous Chef role
