Al Jazeerah Signature is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at our prestigious Middle Eastern Restaurant in the beautiful island of Bali. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to contribute to our kitchen operations and help deliver an authentic dining experience.
As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Executive Chef and leading a team of talented cooks. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation while maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Ensure all dishes meet quality standards and are served on time
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance)
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for ingredient procurement
- Train and mentor junior kitchen team members
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and cooking techniques
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant culinary certification or diploma is preferred
