Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation at all times.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team to maintain high standards of performance and kitchen safety.
  • Develop and innovate seasonal menus, utilizing local Tagaytay ingredients while effectively managing food costs.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to strict recipes, plating standards, and taste profiles.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in full compliance with HACCP and health regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on inventory management, procurement, and staff scheduling.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, making immediate adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen setting.
  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution is preferred but not always required.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and guide a kitchen team.
  • Deep knowledge of advanced cooking techniques, plating styles, and flavor profiles.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and health codes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
