Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and execution
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Monitor food quality and consistency across all kitchen operations
  • Manage inventory, ordering of supplies, and cost control measures
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with health regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless dining operations
  • Develop innovative dishes while maintaining brand consistency
  • Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef

Kualifikasi

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
