We offer a competitive salary package of $3,300 - $3,700 per month, commensurate with your experience and expertise. Our benefits package includes a $50 daily food allowance, comprehensive medical and insurance coverage, and 14 days of annual leave. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menus and special promotions
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring proper food preparation techniques are followed
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards, making adjustments as necessary
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food supplies and ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Coordinate kitchen operations during peak hours to ensure smooth service
  • Contribute to menu development and recipe creation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Kualifikasi

  • Culinary arts qualification or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident status (as specified in job requirements)
