Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff (Commis, CDPs, Stewards)
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control procedures
- Coordinate kitchen workflow during peak service hours
- Develop and implement new culinary concepts and dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and regional cuisines
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
- Leadership experience with team training and development
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
