As a Sous Chef, you will act as the right hand to our Head Chef, playing a pivotal role in orchestrating seamless kitchen operations and ensuring that every dish served meets our high-end standards of quality, presentation, and taste.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen management, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, consistency, and artistic presentation for every service.
  • Oversee kitchen safety and hygiene protocols to ensure full compliance with HACCP and local regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire junior kitchen staff to foster a culture of culinary excellence and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and innovative special dishes.
  • Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredient procurement.
  • Ensure that the kitchen workflow remains smooth and efficient, even during high-pressure service hours.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory or Sous Chef role.
  • Strong knowledge of international culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management software.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems proactively under pressure.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
  • Creative mindset with a deep passion for culinary trends and high-end gastronomy.
