Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen management, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.
- Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, consistency, and artistic presentation for every service.
- Oversee kitchen safety and hygiene protocols to ensure full compliance with HACCP and local regulations.
- Train, mentor, and inspire junior kitchen staff to foster a culture of culinary excellence and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and innovative special dishes.
- Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredient procurement.
- Ensure that the kitchen workflow remains smooth and efficient, even during high-pressure service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory or Sous Chef role.
- Strong knowledge of international culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management software.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems proactively under pressure.
- Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
