Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations and food preparation activities.
  • Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high productivity and team cohesion.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe creation, and cost control.
  • Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and meet strict quality standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize food waste effectively.
  • Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance).
  • Act as the Acting Head Chef during the Head Chef's absence.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Valid Certificate in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, local ingredients, and international cuisines.
  • Culinary certification (e.g., from CHED or TESDA) is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
