Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate with Head Chef to design, test, and implement innovative seasonal menus aligned with restaurant vision

  • Manage inventory control, supplier relationships, and cost optimization strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years as Sous Chef or senior role in high-volume, fine-dining establishment
